People in this career field recognizes this need and profits on it by acting like advisers or green innovators.

New graduates are especially attracted to green jobs because it is the hip and cool job to have in this era where a job related to sustainability translates ito more sex appeal.

Also, people now are more geared to having a job that makes them more worthwhile, jobs that gives more meaning to their lives, jobs that fuel their passion and love for the environment.
