This is one question that you are likely to come across in almost all the interviews you would face or have faced. However, one should move a step further and prepare themselves with answers to improvement they wish to add to their strength and abilities. This gives an insight of your determination as well as your capabilities and desire to improve.

Do you Know about our Company Profile?

You might be facing appearing for scores of interviews every week, yet, you should always ensure that you know about the company profile for which you are appearing. We do not suggest that you know the all the people heading the company rather it is more important to know about the type of business the company has been doing, the acquisitions that the company has made lately and the revenue that the company has been generating the last financial year.

Any Questions?

Every interviewer would like to know if you have any questions for them. There are some people who shy away without asking any. It is always better to ask a few questions. All you need to do is consider yourself to be a to-be-employee of the company and ask a few questions that might be related to your career growth.

There are plenty of questions that the interviewer may ask, but when they are general like the ones that are mentioned above; you have to ensure that you put forward a very compact answer that impress the interviewer.
